Orders are processed and you get a tracking link within 24 hours, then it’s 5 to 10 business days to you, worldwide. Made-for-you pieces are made by hand for you in 2 to 4 weeks, then shipped with tracking. Each product page shows its own timing under Shipping.

We ship worldwide. Any import duties or taxes depend on your country.

Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we’ll send return instructions. Return it in its original packaging, in resellable condition.
Can I exchange for a different piece or colour?
Message us within 60 days of delivery and tell us what you’d like instead, and we’ll arrange the swap.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders go straight to our artisans, who start making your piece, so they can’t be cancelled once placed. Need to change your address or ring size? Email us straight away. You still have the 60-Day Risk-Free Trial once it arrives.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
If it ever breaks, we fix it free, for life: for example a stone coming loose or a prong setting giving way. We’ll repair or replace it.
How do I make a claim?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
How do ring sizes work?
Our open-band rings are built to fit comfortably on most fingers. Other rings come in a choice of sizes, listed on each product page. If you need a size outside the range, custom sizes are available on request, and sizing adjustments are free for life. See the size guide.
How long are the chains?
Most necklaces come on a 40 cm chain with a 7 cm extender, so they adjust from collarbone length to just below it. Each product page lists its exact length. See the size guide.
What are the pieces made of?
A solid layer of 18K gold or 925 sterling silver, set with lab-grown gemstones. Every piece is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, zinc-free and tarnish-resistant.
How do I care for my jewelry?
It’s water resistant, so it’s made for everyday wear. To keep it bright for longer, take it off for swimming and workouts, keep perfume and lotion off it, wipe it with a soft cloth, and store it in its pouch.
